What it does: it essentially puts more water into your muscles
Benefits: Gain lean muscle tissue, increased strength, increased endurance
Safe: 99.9% of people its 100% safe
Safe/Helpful/Cost Scale: 10/10
Preworkout
Do I take it: Yes
How much to take: 1-2 scoops
When to take it- 10-30 minutes before
What it does: it has products in it like caffeine to help give energy as well as other stuff to provide focus and muscle endurance, increase blood flow for pump ext
Benefits: Focus, energy, muscle endurance, better pump
Safe/Helpful/Cost Scale: 10/10


Turkesterone
Do I take it: Yes
How much to take: depends on what the dose of your bottle is just take the recommended dose
When to take it: doesn't matter but take it before workout
What does it do: it increases ATP and protein synthesis (from what I know)
Benefits: gain lean muscle tissue, strength benefits and endurance benefits
Safe/Helpful/Cost Scale: 7/10 (creatine is more studied)
Ashwaganda
Do I take it: Yes
How much to take: 2 capsules (may depend on brand read the back)
When to take it: I take it in the morning but doesn't matter
What it does: it is known to release stress and cortical levels making your tester one increases over time
Benefits: less stress/anxiety, more testosterone ext
